Disability Employment Challenge:

Working in collaboration over a two-year period, Campus to Careers anticipates connecting students and recent graduates with disabilities to meaningful internships and careers, by training participating employers on proven disability recruitment strategies, coaching campus disability and career services offices on effective collaboration models, and facilitating relationships between companies and these student service offices to build a talent pipeline. Notably, Campus to Careers will analyze results-driven employment outcomes and, ultimately, create a suite of services for broader impact.
