NOD Welcomes New Board Members

NEW YORK, NY, April 20, 2011 — Governor Tom Ridge, Chairman, is pleased to announce the election of Dr. Rohini Anand, Douglas R. Conant, and Lieutenant General FL Hagenbeck to the Board of Directors of the National Organization on Disability.

Dr. Rohini Anand, Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer, SodexoAnand is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo, a leading provider of comprehensive service solutions. She is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and alignment of Sodexo's integrated global diversity and inclusion initiatives, including sustainable development and corporate citizenship. Anand is leading expert in the field of diversity and inclusion, a published author and noted conference presenter.

Douglas R. Conant, President and Chief Executive Officer, Campbell Soup CompanyConant is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Soup Company where he has overseen a turnaround in the company's financial profile and employee engagement. Under his leadership, the company has achieved world-class employee engagement levels and received the 2010 Catalyst Award for helping women advance their careers at Campbell.

Lieutenant General FL HagenbeckHagenbeck is a retired Army General who served as the 57th Superintendent of the US Military Academy, West Point. He has also served as the Army's Deputy Chief of Staff, and his decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal and the Defense Superior Service Medal, among many others.
