In the race for talent, the Disability Employment Tracker™ gives your company an immediate edge. This free and confidential online assessment provides critical analysis you won’t find elsewhere. Using the National Organization on Disability’s proprietary approach, the Tracker examines key aspects of your company’s disability employment practices, with an optional assessment of veteran employment practices:

Receive a benchmarking Scorecard that provides specific grades on each of the six aspects examined based on where your company ranks in relation to others in the pool. Even more, participants will receive information on leading practices.

In 2016, the National Organization on Disability introduced the Leading Disability Employer Seal to recognize companies with exemplary hiring and employment practices for individuals with disabilities.  The seal will be awarded annually to companies that are meeting performance thresholds in the areas of identifying and sourcing talent; onboarding; performance management; corporate climate and culture; and tracking and measurement. 

The Leading Disability Employer Seal is awarded to companies based on their performance on the Disability Employment Tracker™ (not including the optional veteran assessment). Note: any company taking the Tracker can opt-out of consideration for the seal. Companies that take the Tracker and do not receive the seal will NOT be disclosed and all results are confidential.
