Join us for an interactive chat with Daniel Ellerman, Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Human Resources Strategic Operations at Northrop Grumman.
Mr. Ellerman develops and executes programs that support the company’s D&I strategy, which is focused on attracting diverse talent, developing leadership capability, and increasing workplace inclusion and employee engagement.
He also leads Operation IMPACT, Northrop Grumman’s Wounded Warrior inclusion program, in addition to supporting the company’s 14 ERGs; designing the company’s D&I education strategy; and providing guidance to HR and business organizations on issues related to diversity and inclusion and overall workplace effectiveness.
