As Program Manager, Employer Services at the National Organization on Disability, Ramona Cataldi is currently managing the Campus to Careers program as well as being an integral member of the Professional Services team. She joined NOD in June 2018, after working with the organization on various projects for five years.
Prior to joining NOD, Ramona was a shareholder at the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll and Rooney, PC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At Buchanan, Ramona co-founded the Energy & Utility Law Practice Group in 2001 and specialized in creating successful regulatory plans for energy and water companies with multi-state footprints.
Ramona began her career as an attorney at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and became Counsel to the Chairman of the PUC under Governor Tom Ridge. During her tenure at the PUC, Ramona was instrumental in drafting legislation that deregulated the electric, natural gas and telecommunications industries. She has successfully argued cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Ramona is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
