Robin Jenkins

A growth catalyst, Robin has 14 years of experience in positioning non-profits for success and managing change through expansion. She leads through strong financial, strategic, project management and operational skills.

Robin was CFOO of The HOPE Program, overseeing the financial merger of two non-profits and a social enterprise, 100% increase in annual budget, 35% growth in staff and 530% increase in government grants. Robin was a leader during development of the five year strategic plan with senior staff and board. As Director of Growth and Momentum for JustLeadershipUSA, she planned and directed start-up strategies resulting in exponential growth. At PwC, Robin managed global software development projects and strategic projects for global capital markets.

Robin holds a dual-MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business as well as a B.A. from Smith College. Robin has served on the board of Hour Children.?
