Cori C. Di Biase


– Professional Services Team Member

Cori C. Di Biase serves as a Professional Services Team Member with the National Organization on Disability. Mr. Di Biase’s career has been dedicated to workforce development for veterans and civilians with disabilities, including directing military and corporate outreach programs.

From 2008-2010, Mr. Di Biase served NOD as the National Director of Start on Success, an initiative focused on connecting students with disabilities to early career opportunities. He later became NOD’s Director of Special Initiatives overseeing Start on Success, Return to Careers, an employment program for veterans with disabilities, and the Emergency Preparedness Initiative for individuals with disabilities.

Mr. Di Biase has provided policy and practical guidance to numerous local, state and federal employment projects and agencies. While working with the National Center on Workforce and Disability, he provided technical assistance, training, and legislative guidance to workforce development systems nationally on issues surrounding customized employment, entrepreneurship, and universal design. He served on a nine-month personnel exchange as a Policy Analyst for the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), at the US Department of Labor.

Previously, Mr. Di Biase directed a statewide community rehabilitation agency with a focus on employment and entrepreneurial assistance to people with disabilities. In this role, he developed unique service delivery models and built partnerships with a variety of state agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and businesses.
