Leading Disability Employer Seal FAQ

How can my company receive the Leading Disability Employer Seal?

Complete the Disability Inclusion Blueprint prior to the annual deadline to opt in for Seal consideration, and score in the top quartile to qualify. Participation is confidential—NOD never shares company names without permission.

No. Any organization that submits the Blueprint and meets the performance criteria can earn the Seal. Leadership Council members receive added benefits, including a personalized debrief of their results.

While you can’t formally nominate a company, you’re encouraged to share information about NOD and the Disability Inclusion Blueprint with your network or partner organizations. To be eligible for the Seal, the Blueprint must be completed and submitted by an employee of the participating organization.

Earning the Seal showcases your company’s leadership in disability inclusion. This award demonstrates to talent, customers and investors that you’re taking measurable, data-driven action to create a competitive advantage. NOD collaborates with recipients to spotlight their achievements, enhance visibility, and strengthen employer brand reputation.

Absolutely. NOD does not release participant names without explicit permission. Only companies that qualify, accept the Seal, and give us permission are publicly recognized.
